It was a rough night for Chase University at WWE NXT No Mercy 2024 as Andre Chase and Ridge Holland lost the NXT Tag Team Championship titles to The Supersonic Duo (Axiom and Nathan Frazer) in the opening contest of the show.
Andre Chase was pinned by Nathan Frazer following a Spanish Fly from Axiom, followed by Frazer’s Phoenix Splash for the win, winning back the titles they had previously dropped to Chase U just 19 days ago on the August 13th episode of NXT.

But the bad times kept coming as immediately following this title change, Ridge Holland was so frustrated that he went after Chase U, beating down Andre Chase, Duke Hudson and Riley Osborne to turn heel—a long time coming, as it had been teased for months that he would eventually snap.
