Beth Phoenix has publicly shared her body transformation journey over the past year.
Phoenix joined WWE in 2004, where she competed in OVW before being promoted to the main roster in 2007. She retired in 2012 and was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame Class Of 2017.
Since her retirement, Phoenix has wrestled several one-off matches and served as a color commentator for WWE NXT. However, she left that position in 2021.
Phoenix’s final match took place in February 2023 at the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view event, where she and Adam Copeland defeated Finn Balor and Rhea Ripley in a mixed-tag team contest.
In August 2024, Phoenix announced that she was no longer contracted with WWE.
