During a recent appearance on the “Casual Conversations” podcast, Raquel Rodriguez discussed the comparisons between herself and Diesel (Kevin Nash).
Raquel said, “I love it. I think Diesel is such a great character. I loved watching his A&E episode too where they talked about him and Razor Ramon [Scott Hall], and their personalities and how they used to be big jokesters. That’s me, pretty much, to a tee. I absolutely love getting to play Big Mami Cool. I feel like I’ve been doing it since NXT and it’s been a nickname that the fans have given me and I’ve used every now and again, too. I absolutely love it. It’s the best comparison that I could have.”
During a recent edition of the “Busted Open Radio” podcast, Tommy Dreamer stated that AEW wrestler Brian Cage requires a “complete overhaul” to succeed in the business.
Dreamer said, “Brian Cage needs a complete overhaul for him to be taken as a serious person, instead of this guy who you are going to have a great match with,” said Dreamer. “It’s either ‘Great Match Brian’ or ‘Money-Making Brian,’ that’s going to be the difference. His look is good, this is where someone has to say, ‘Hey man, this guy could do everything, let’s make him the next thing.’”
Cage lost to Kenny Omega last week on AEW Dynamite: Maximum Carnage.
