A report from WrestleVotes suggests that Kamala is being considered for an induction into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2025.
Kamala, whose real name was James Arthur Harris, debuted for WWE in 1984 as “The Ugandan Giant” and he passed away in August 2020 at the age of 70 due to cardiac arrest related to COVID-19. WWE has yet to officially announce Kamala’s induction.
So far, Triple H, Michelle McCool, and Lex Luger have been confirmed as inductees for this year’s class. The induction ceremony will take place on Friday, April 18, 2025, during WrestleMania Week at Fontainebleau Las Vegas.
According to sources, another name being discussed internally for the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2025 is “The Ugandan Giant” Kamala.
Kamala, who had a successful career throughout the ‘80s and ‘90s, is expected to join Triple H, Lex Luger, and others in this year’s class.
