According to a report from WrestleVotes, WWE World Tag Team Champion and The Judgment Day leader Finn Balor is set to receive a “sustained singles push” starting later in 2025. This push comes on the heels of Balor’s current momentum in WWE, where he is scheduled to challenge GUNTHER for the World Heavyweight Championship at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 14, 2024, at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale, New York. The event will be broadcast live on NBC and simulcast on Peacock.
The report also states that Balor has grown into a key figure behind the scenes, establishing himself as a “true locker room leader” over the past year. As the 10-year anniversary of his WWE debut approaches, Balor’s leadership and position within the company seem to be recognized, further positioning him for a significant singles push in the coming year.
