WWE could capitalize on the negative response Hulk Hogan received on this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW by turning the Hall of Famer into a heel.
During this week’s show, the first on Netflix, Hogan was resoundingly booed as he spoke about his love for the fans and promoted his beer.
According to sources who spoke to the Daily Mail, there are plans for Hogan to return as a villain in a future storyline.
The belief is that a Hogan heel turn will work given the success of The Rock’s heel turn as the Final Boss after fans rejected the Brahma Bull in early 2023.
The report adds that Hogan does not wish to include his support for Donald Trump or the President-Elect in any on-screen angles.
Though Hogan doesn’t want to mix his WWE work with Trump, the Hulkster reportedly believes the booing was due to his support for Trump.
Hogan was fired in 2015 after racist comments came to light, including being disgusted at the idea of “f****** n*****s” dating his daughter Brooke.
