Jade Cargill made her WWE in-ring debut last month at the 2024 Royal Rumble pay-per-view event. Cargill was among the final three Superstars in the women’s Royal Rumble match, however, she failed to punch her ticket to WrestleMania XL due to her elimination at the hands of Liv Morgan.
Pwinsider is reporting that WWE officials are very pleased with Cargill’s efforts in the recent Mountain Dew ad she appeared in for the Super Bowl.
The belief is that Cargill’s work has added prestige to both WWE and her reputation.
WWE is reportedly planning to have Cargill on SmackDown heading into WrestleMania 40.
It’s unclear if Cargill will stay on SmackDown following WrestleMania XL or the post-WrestleMania WWE Draft.
However, owing to Cargill’s recent publicity from the Mountain Dew commercial, WWE believes Cargill would attract more viewers to SmackDown.
WWE has yet to announce which brand Cargill will be on.
