For the past six months, WWE has been actively engaged in re-signing its talent to new contracts. Notable Superstars, including Drew McIntyre, Seth Rollins, Finn Balor, and others, have extended their contracts, while certain wrestlers, such as Becky Lynch and Ricochet, have chosen to leave for various reasons.
Natalya’s WWE contract ended in June, and negotiations for a new agreement were ongoing as the month drew to a close.
Natalya garnered significant interest from other promotions for various roles, including wrestling in the ring. However, contrary to speculation, the veteran Superstar will not be parting ways with WWE in the near future.
Pwinsider is reporting that Natalya has signed a new contract with WWE. Her husband, TJ Wilson (Tyson Kidd) has been working as a backstage WWE producer since retiring from in-ring competition in 2015.
Having been with WWE since 2007, Natalya boasts an impressive track record, having held the Women’s Championship twice (including a Divas Championship reign) and the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships once.
