LA Knight is already the United States Champion, and there are plans for him to feud with one of WWE’s top stars, it has been reported this week.
During a recent Q&A with Sportskeeda, WrestleVotes’ Joe Lowry reported that WWE has plans for Knight to feud with Randy Orton. He said,
“I know there’s an interest in doing an LA Knight vs. Randy Orton program at some point.”
Orton and Knight have shared the ring in multi-man matches and have teamed in the past, but the pair have never gone one-on-one in WWE.
Knight has recently entered the program between Carmelo Hayes and Andrade, who have been trading wins on SmackDown.
Orton will face Je’Von Evans next week on WWE NXT which will be the silver brand’s second show as part of The CW Network.
