On a recent edition of his “Off the Top” podcast, Rikishi expressed his opinions about Jacob Fatu in WWE and shared his concerns about the fast-paced push he is receiving.

Since his debut in the summer, Fatu has already become a former WWE tag team champion.

Rikishi said, I’m not surprised. Again, it goes down to where, this is my humble opinion, I think Jacob’s being pushed too fast. When you go to Cody, where do you go from there? Cody is the guy right now. I’ve said this before, let Jacob rampage through the whole roster, give him those enhancement matches to build him. We’ve seen Jacob, however long he’s been on, but is there anything different? You can only do so much on a run-in. This is me, this is what I’m saying. You really want to go with a guy, show his talent. Put him out there, let him have a match match, a squash match, just so he can show his potential of what else this kid can do. So I don’t know. I haven’t watched TV since I was overseas. But I think that they’re booking him and whoever’s putting these matches together, I just feel if it was me, I wouldn’t feed Jacob to Cody. That match is not deserving yet to happen. Where do you go [after that]? Normally when you see a guy being fed to the top guy so fast, we only know one thing was going to happen, it’s an enhancement match for the person, whoever’s on top. I just don’t think that Jacob’s the guy for that right now. It doesn’t do Jacob any good. Cody’s branded, it doesn’t matter who Cody goes with. But if you throw a guy like Jacob there, what does that do for Jacob? Wrestling fans, we’re all smart, and those that are putting this thing together, I think they’d make a mistake [if they] put Jacob in a main event with Cody so fast. So let’s just hope that things change.”

On a recent edition of the “Insight” podcast, Otis discussed the most powerful wrestlers he has encountered in the WWE locker room.

Otis is also incredibly strong, having pressed 225 pounds for 46 repetitions at the NXT combine.

Rikishi said, Obviously Bobby Lashley’s a freak. I always tell Bobby, it’s like grabbing a piece of rock. You’re just like, ‘Are you ready, babe? [Mimes grabbing] My God, that’s steel.’ Literally just, alright, he’s not gonna move yet, I’ll wait for him if he wants to move [laughs]. Big E’s another one, I’ve never had him pick me up clean because it’s on me, but it’s also just the way he comes in with that, love that physical contact. Missed a lot of boys. I’m sorry, boys. We all pump the iron. Braun [Strowman], just his grip strength, we’ll be in the ring, and like, ‘God damn it, Dozer.’ I’d be like, ‘Oh, yeah? What was that punch you just gave me, man?’ [Laughs] It’s always a good time working with Big Daddy. I call him that in the match, too. ‘You ready, big daddy?’ He’s like, ‘Ah, don’t do that.’ Love you, Big Daddy. Breakker, dude, the first time I seen that kid, I was in Orlando, working on my hip stuff, and he’s just, he was explosive for 45 minutes straight. His CNS should have been fried. He was just [going]. Kid’s a stud.”
