WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi has given an update on Jimmy Uso, months after the former WWE Tag Team Champion was written off of TV.
Jimmy was attacked by Solo Sikoa’s Bloodline on the post-WrestleMania edition of SmackDown after failing to defeat Jey in Philadelphia, PA.
On a recent edition of his “Rikishi Fatu Off The Top” podcast, Rikishi provided an update on his absent son. He said,
“Jimmy’s doing fine. I think at any given moment, hopefully, Jimmy will be ready to come back to be able to do what he loves. I’m sure he misses the fans and I’m sure you all miss Jimmy.
“He’s doing great. He’s got some time to be able to rest the body, rest the mind, and he’s ready to go, so, hopefully, we’re able to see Jimmy soon.”
At WWE SummerSlam 2024, Roman Reigns returned to WWE programming to confront Sikoa and his Bloodline but has also fallen victim to The Bloodline’s numbers.
This has led to speculation that Reigns will form a group of his own, to face Sikoa’s Bloodline, which could potentially include Jimmy Uso.
