On a recent edition of his “Off the Top” podcast, WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi discussed the recent heel turn in WWE of his daughter-in-law Naomi. He said,
“You know, I’m baffled just like everybody else out there. I’m baffled, I’m hurt, I’m confused. I mean, I mentioned this last week. I posted up a photo of [myself, Cargill, Naomi, and Belair] on my page on Instagram.”
Rikishi added that he hoped he could sit everybody down and have a frank, honest discussion and suggested a Waffle House as a potential venue.
This month, it was revealed that Naomi was the one to attack Jade Cargill in November 2024, costing her months of action.
Cargill returned at the WWE Elimination Chamber: Toronto pay-per-view event where she attacked Naomi, forcing her ex-ally out of the Chamber match.
Naomi has claimed she attacked Cargill for herself and Bianca Belair. The EST rejected this explanation and has cut off her former tag team partner.
