At WWE WrestleMania 40 (Night One), Seth Rollins and Cody Rhodes were defeated by The Rock and Roman Reigns in a tag team match. Seth Rollins lost to Drew McIntyre in their WWE World Heavyweight Title match the following night.
During today’s edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer and Bryan Alvarez pointed out the absence of Becky Lynch and Rollins from RAW. Meltzer noted that Rollins is taking time off from WWE.
It’s expected that Rollins won’t be off television for a lengthy period of time, but a timeframe for his return is unclear.
