The Pure Fusion Collective may be a united front in the ring, but the lack of MARVEL knowledge in the group has left Shayna Baszler frustrated.
In a clip shared to Twitter, Zoey Stark can be seen asking Baszler who Gambit is, referencing the popular superhero known for being part of the X-Men.
Baszler was clearly not happy with Stark’s lack of MARVEL knowledge, and was similarly frustrated when Sonya Deville asked “Who the f*** is Gambit?”
Gambit appeared in this year’s Deadpool & Wolverine film, played by Channing Tatum, a role the actor has been tied to for years.
Baszler’s love of pop culture is no secret, with some of her ring attires being inspired by the popular Warhammer 40,000 miniature wargame.
