Sheamus and Ludwig Kaiser may be at odds on WWE programming, but the Celtic Warrior still holds a lot of respect for the German Superstar.
On a recent edition of “WWE Deutschland,” Sheamus praised Kaiser’s toughness, something Sheamus has learned all about in matches. He said,
“Let’s talk about Ludwig [Kaiser], right? So, Ludwig was known to the WWE Universe as the tag team and then obviously as the announcer to GUNTHER, holding his coat and all that. And then, look what’s happened over the last six months: we’ve had that physical match. He may not be the biggest guy in the room, but he’s tough, man. He’s tough as they come. He can take a beating, and he can give it as well. He’s shown how tough and physical he is.”
Sheamus and Kaiser have feuded since late 2024 with both men wanting to be the one to dethrone Bron Breakker as Intercontinental Champion.
On last week’s episode of WWE RAW, the two European Superstars once again did battle with Sheamus getting the victory in San Jose, CA.
At this weekend’s WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event, Sheamus will challenge Breakker for the Intercontinental Championship.
