The Miz has reverted back to the status quo and, after a long time coming, executed his inevitable heel turn on R-Truth during this week’s edition of WWE Monday Night RAW.
Awesome Truth has been struggling over the past few months after losing the WWE World Tag Team Championships to The Judgment Day’s Finn Balor and JD McDonagh on the June 24th episode of RAW. Both have even suffered an onslaught of tsunami splashes from “Big” Bronson Reed, which saw R-Truth taking some time off over the past several weeks.
During that time, The Miz has been lost with his direction — something Karrion Kross was able to notice and start to manipulate.
Clearly, he was successful in getting in The A-Lister’s head, as The Miz decided to abandon his buddy during their tag team match after nailing him in the head with a kick right after being tagged in. The Miz then walked off.
