Triple Threat Women’s Tag Team Title Match Scheduled For WWE Clash At The Castle: Scotland

Not too long after the I Quit match for the WWE Championship between Cody Rhodes and AJ Styles was announced for WWE Clash at the Castle: Scotland, another title match has now been scheduled for the event.

On the May 20, 2024 edition of Monday Night RAW, Shayna Baszler & Zoey Stark won a Fatal 4-Way match (featuring Katana Chance & Kayden Carter, Maxxine Dupri & Ivy Nile, and Damage CTRL) to earn a future shot at the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship. No time frame for that match had been announced, but we now know they will get their shot at Clash at the Castle 2024.

However, it isn’t as simple as that.

This past Monday night on RAW, Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn attacked Bianca Belair & Jade Cargill, claiming they also deserve a chance to dethrone the champions.

On this week’s episode of WWE SmackDown, after Belair and Cargill defeated Candice LeRae & Indi Hartwell, they were attacked by Fyre and Dawn, as well as Baszler and Stark.

Later on, in a backstage segment, Belair and Cargill were interviewed by Byron Saxton and informed him that they had spoken to SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis to book their next title defense, which will be a Triple Threat match at WWE Clash at the Castle: Scotland.

The WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships will be on the line against both the team of Baszler & Stark as well as Fyre & Dawn.

Who do you think will walk out of WWE Clash at the Castle with the titles? Drop your thoughts in the comments below!
