WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event is set to return, broadcasting live on NBC and simultaneously on Peacock on December 14 at 8 p.m. E.T. from the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Long Island, N.Y.
The event originally aired on NBC from 1985 to 1991 and on FOX again in 1992. WWE revived it in prime time in March 2006 when it returned to NBCU for Raw on the USA Network until August 2008.
WWE will host Crown Jewel 2024 on November 2 and Survivor Series: WarGames 2024 on the last weekend of November before concluding the year with Saturday Night’s Main Event as its December pay-per-view event.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that Cody Rhodes vs. Kevin Owens and GUNTHER vs. Damian Priest are planned for Saturday Night’s Main Event, “but we were told both are currently slated but not etched in stone.”
