Your mileage may vary and we all have different requests, but as far as my personal perspective goes, most of this seems entirely reasonable, with just a few question marks.
Working internet and phone? Sure. A trash can? Obviously. All the cables and equipment makes sense. But is Vince really going to need a whole box of protein bars in his office all the time, AND all those other protein options? At least 3 bath towels?
I’d ask “What was he up to?” but it might be better not to know that answer.
Knowing how specific Vince has always been about phrases on television and people not sneezing, it’s actually surprising there aren’t more details here about his preferred brands of pens and whatnot.
