During a recent interview with Denise Salcedo, Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest commented on their friendship well before The Judgment Day faction. Ripley said,

“Well, Damian and I, we were friends way before Judgment Day. We became friends in NXT. Had a close bond because we listened to the same music. We dressed the same. I’ve worn this man’s gear to wrestle when my gear disappeared. So when we joined Judgment Day, it was only, it only felt right, cause we were already best friends. Like we had our orientation coming up to the main roster together and everything. I’ve known this man for a very long time and the bond has just gone stronger.”

As seen at Saturday’s WWE Bash in Berlin 2024 pay-per-view event, CM Punk defeated Drew McIntyre in a Strap Match.

In a post-match interview, Punk revealed that he’s putting McIntyre in the rearview mirror and is coming for the WWE World Championship. He said,

“That’s definitely the end of me and Drew McIntyre. What’s next for me is I’m going to take a long hot shower, I’m going to try and find some donuts, and I got myself a main event to watch. I’m very interested in the result. Gunther vs. Randy Orton. And some people like to say ‘may the best man win.’ In this case, may the best man win because the better man is coming for you. I want the gold. I’m coming for you, sucka.”
