WWE’s upcoming King & Queen of the Ring 2024 pay-per-view event will not include a title defense from World Heavyweight Champion Damian Priest.
Instead, Priest will save his next title defense for Drew McIntyre at next month’s Clash at the Castle pay-per-view event. On Monday’s episode of WWE RAW, Priest mentioned that he would give McIntyre the next title shot once he’s medically cleared to compete.
According to a report from Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the anticipated match between McIntyre and Priest is expected to happen at Clash at the Castle 2024.
