We have some additional backstage news and notes from Friday night’s WWE SmackDown TV tapings at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
According to a report report from Fightful Select, Oro Mensah, Elektra Lopez, Tegan Nox, and Cedric Alexander were all backstage at the show. Despite this, they were not used.
As you know by now, Kayla Braxton bid farewell to WWE at the SmackDown TV tapings. It is said that the door remains open for Braxton to return to WWE in the future.
It is also said that WWE was “over the moon” with the reception for last Friday’s episode of WWE SmackDown. There were 16,901 tickets distributed for the event, which was just shy of a sellout.
