WWE returns to the Allstate Arena in Chicago, IL, for tonight’s episode of RAW, but unfortunately, one match has been canceled.
WrestleVotes is reporting that the Andrade vs. Ivar match is off, but Andrade will still be competing.

Source states the advertised Andrade vs Ivar match will not be happening tonight on RAW. I’m told Andrade will still compete however.
