Shawn Michaels announced on Twitter that Pro Wrestling NOAH talent Yoshiki Inamura has joined the WWE NXT brand.
It’s unclear when Inamura will start competing in NXT. WWE has previously collaborated with NOAH by sending wrestlers like AJ Styles and Shinsuke Nakamura to their events.
Michaels wrote, “I’m excited to welcome @noah_ghc Wrestler @noah_yoshiki to #WWENXT. This hard-hitting young man is going to be a problem for anyone he steps in the ring with. I look forward to growing NXT’s partnership with @noahglobal in the future. #WWENXT”
Former boxer Vicky D’Errico has signed with WWE and will be a referee for the NXT brand.
Referee Darryl Sharma announced this news on Twitter, mentioning that Vicky began her training in September and debuted at a live event on November 2.
Sharma tweeted, “Tonight’s #WWENXT live event in Orlando will see the debut of my latest signee – Vicky D’Errico. Vicky was recruited for our WrestleMania Tryouts in Philly, and started her training in Sept. Please give a warm welcome to the former Rough N Rowdy boxing champion @vickyderrico!”
