John Cena’s WWE retirement tour kicks off next year, encompassing 36 tour dates, including WrestleMania 41, Elimination Chamber 2025, and Royal Rumble 2025.
Cena is also scheduled to appear on the Monday Night RAW premiere on Netflix in January 2025.
Fans have been speculating whether Cena would surpass the World Title record, which he currently shares with Ric Flair at 16 reigns, potentially making him a 17-time World Champion.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that the idea of Cena winning his 17th World Title has been under discussion.
The report states, “We do know that the idea of Cena challenging one of the two champions, in an effort to have him break Flair’s record is something strongly talked about, including for Mania.”
Numerous WWE Superstars have expressed their desire to face Cena in the final year of his pro wrestling career.
Cena will wrestle his final match in December 2025.
