In 2023, WWE started relocating its staff from Titan Towers to its new headquarters. This had been planned for several years, but the pandemic delayed WWE’s construction plans for the new building and move-in.
WWE’s new facility, spanning 400,000 square feet, is designed to accommodate over 800 employees.
As we previously reported here on eWn, WWE’s former headquarters was appraised at $18 million in 2023. A listing from Newmark indicates that the building exceeds 90,000 square feet and includes 300 parking spots.
The old building features a gym and a cafeteria area. It was put on the market in September.
Pwinsider is reporting that contrary to ongoing rumors, “WWE has NOT sold the old Titan Tower building in Stamford, CT.”
It was noted that while WWE has sold the former studio building, Titan Towers remains unsold.
