Xavier Woods posted a cryptic message on Twitter, hinting at a reunion with his “old friends,” but didn’t provide further details.
While fans speculate that Woods could be teasing a potential return to TNA as part of WWE’s crossover with the Anthem-owned promotion, others have noted that The New Day member could be teaming up with the Motor City Machine Guns in WWE.
As we’ve been reporting here on eWn, The Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin) have signed with WWE and will make their NXT debut on October 1.
Woods wrote, “The streets saying that I may see some old friends soon. Just so yall know, I’m not a kid anymore.”
From 2007 to 2010, Woods wrestled in TNA under the ring name Consequences Creed.
