The WWE Icons: Lex Luger documentary will not be airing tomorrow night as originally scheduled. WWE reportedly decided to delay the premiere so it can have a much stronger lead-in program, such as a WWE pay-per-view event. As of this writing, there is no word on when the documentary will debut.
Lex Luger, Sting, Bret Hart, Ric Flair, Bruce Prichard and Jim Cornette were all interviewed for the documentary. The show will look at Luger’s past legal issues, addiction and the death of Miss Elizabeth.
WWE has also produced documentaries on Yokozuna, Rob Van Dam, Beth Phoenix, The British Bulldog, Davey Boy Smith, and others.
