He is a Canadian former professional wrestler. He works for WWE as a creative consultant, and was the first Intercontinental Champion. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 1996. He is mostly known for his work as one-half of “The Stooges” with Gerald Brisco during the Attitude Era. He has been described by journalist Dave Meltzer as “Vince McMahon’s right-hand man” and “one of the chief architects of the WWE, playing an integral role in helping it become a global phenomenon.”
