– Earlier today, Spears says that was quite possible the second best chairshot he’s given in AEW. This is far from over.”

Tony Schiavone introduces AEW World Champion Kenny Omega and Don Callis to the ring. Callis banishes Tony to the corner and takes the mic. Callis says it’s time to give the crowd a history lesson about how he and Omega have made history in pro wrestling. “You got fired!” chant sent Callis’ way. Don responds, “Real men don’t quit, they get fired!” He runs down what Omega has done in the ring over the last couple months. Callis says there’s nobody left for Omega to beat. “Cowboy s***” chant from the crowd. He says that creates a problem for the upcoming Fight for the Fallen show with no challengers.

Dark Order’s music hits and out comes Evil Uno on the mic. Uno says he’s spent the last few minutes listening to Omega and his “weird uncle” talk. Uno wants to know why they are ignoring the crowd and the number one wrestler in AEW? Omega says Uno seems like a smart guy, and asks him what the captal of Thailand is? He lowblow kicks Uno and out comes The Good Brothers as they attack Dark Order. Omega sends Grayson out to the floor as Omega goes to smack Uno with the title. Page’s music hits! He runs out to the ring and swings on The Good Brothers. He clears them out and looks for buckshot lariat on Omega, but they lock eyes and he just gets into the ring. Page and Omega jaws in the center of the ring. Page clocks Anderson getting up on the apron and Omega runs off to the stage.

Hager as they throw big shots at each other. Hager tries for a roll up and goes for an ankle lock. Tully helps with a distraction as FTR hits big rig on Hager. Wardlow with the pin for the victory.

Winner: FTR and Wardlow

Post-match, Konnan gets in the ring and clock Wardlow with a loaded sock, but it does nothing. Tully with a chop block from behind. Inner Circle chases off the winners.

Backstage, The Good Brothers say they have a big problem with Jon Moxley. Karl Anderson brings up Moxley having the IWGP US Championship and it makes him sick! He wants to know if Moxley is ready to defend that title next week on Fyter Fest?

MJF heads out to the ring to give his stipulations to Chris Jericho. The two throw some shots at each other as they sit at a table in the ring. MJF says Jericho has to win matches against The Pinnacle, and do it one after another. If he can do it, then he’ll get a shot at MJF. Jericho says he’s going to beat MJF and ruin his life, just like MJF tried to do to him. He signs the contract and tosses it to MJF. MJF says it’s not over yet. He says where he comes from, a deal is not done until both parties shake hands. Jericho does it, but then cracks MJF with judas effect.

Backstage, Tony talks with AEW Women’s World Champion Britt Baker and Rebel. Baker wasn’t happy about being forced to wrestle in last week’s tag match. Rebel has a crutch after getting injured in the match. Baker blames Tony Khan for putting them in that situation. Baker says this was all because Vickie brought in Andrade El Idolo and she hopes Khan enjoys his blood money. She then references maybe Dynamite can run in Saudi Arabia next week. An obvious dig at WWE She calls Rose soft and says she’s never getting the title.

Andrade El Idolo vs. Matt Sydal

Andrade wins with the Hammerlock DDT.

He goes to keep talking and the lights go out again. Commentary says the lights are out because of weather, but Aleister Black is in the ring when the lights go up! Black his black mass on Anderson! Cody runs into the ring and stands off with him. Black looks to back down, but he hits black mass on Cody! Commentary running through all of his names until they settle on Malakai Black. He stares at both Arn and Cody as he makes his way back.

Earlier tonight, Ricky Starks talks some trash in the ring before his FTW Championship match against Brian Cage on next week’s show. The rest of Team Taz comes out to tell Starks to chill out. Starks says he’s going to win the title, party like a FTW Champion should, and maybe do it with Cage’s wife! This bring Cage out to the ring, Stark bails, and his security takes the brunt of Cage’s fury.

The Blade and The Bunny vs. Kris Statlander and Orange Cassidy

Cassidy goes for orange punch and runs right into a brass knuckles punch. Statlander makes the tag while Blade was over in his corner with Bunny. She shoves Bunny into Blade (knocking him out of the ring), big bang theory hits, cover, 1-2-3.

In the crowd, Tony is with Dan Lambert, Amanda Nunes, and Jorge Masvidal. Lambert takes the mic and introduces the other two. Lambert then just crosses the barricade and gets in the ring. He says he was once skeptical of coming and it’s because AEW sucks! He says if he wanted to watch some real wrestling he’d pop in some 70s/80s wrestling and watch them tear up the ring. He thinks wrestling has gone down since the 1990s and AEW is unwatchable. He says Tony Khan told him wrestling is doing the right way and they have a mix of everything! Lambert says he know he should have trusted his instincts though and before he can talk any more trash, Lance Archer runs out and punches him. He then hits black out on Lambert and leaves the ring.

The Young Bucks (c) vs. Eddie Kingston and Pental El Zero Miedo (Street Fight for the AEW World Tag Team Championship)
