AEW Rampage Results (3/25/2022)
#1. Lance Archer vs. Dustin Rhodes — Winner: Dustin Rhodes
After the match, Archer destroyed Dustin Rhodes by throwing him through a table.
– Jay Lethal says he’s going back to the drawing board after losing to Adam Cole on Dynamite. He’s not one to complain, but he can’t see past his blemishes. They had to cheat to beat him, so as he looks at them getting opportunities he won’t get, there has to be a better way. He has some thinking to do, to figure out a better way.
– Fuego Del Sol says he knows he had to fight for everything he gets. This kid in pink took it to Buddy Matthews, Brody King, and rocked Malakai Black. For a moment, these people were chanting his name. The people believe in his fire, his heart, and his fight. So House of Black, Fuego Del Sol is ready to fight. The House of Black appear in the ring and utterly destroy Del Sol. The Dark Order square up to them, and House of Black ease past them so they can fight another day.
– Dan Lambert says the TNT title won’t have open challenges anymore. If someone wants a shot, they will need to earn it the hard way. Consider the open door closed.
#2. The Dark Order’s Alan “#5” Angels & #10 vs. reDRagon’s Bobby Fish & Kyle O’Reilly — Winners: reDRagon
After the match, Jurassic Express to help out the Dark Order guys, and Adam Cole ran out to steal their title belts.
#3. Nyla Rose vs. Madi Wrenkowski — Winner: Nyla Rose
QT Marshall wants to gift Hook a “Certificate of Accomplishment”. He takes one look at it and smashes it against Aaron Solo’s head. As Hook walks to the back, Danhausen comes out and tries to put a curse on him… but he just walks on. Danhausen is confused, the curse didn’t work! Hook must have special powers. Next up is the main event.
#4. [FTW Championship] Ricky Starks (c) vs. Swerve Strickland — Winner: Ricky Starks
A huge brawl breaks out between Ricky Starks & Powerhouse Hobbs against Strickland & Keith Lee. Referee’s do their best to stop it, but the show ends with them going at it.
