Page sets up Yuta to injure him with a steel chair as the Death Riders watch from afar, but backs out of the ring when he is interrupted by Jay White. He hits the Switchblade on Yuta, and the Death Riders don’t seem too bothered about it. White tells Yuta to let his “king” (Moxley) know he is coming for him. Page is frustrated that he didn’t get to finish off Yuta.
Backstage, Christopher Daniels tells Adam Page that if he can let go of the past, he can be the leader and man that AEW needs. Page doesn’t need to be told who he is, and he certainly doesn’t need any advice from an old man like him.
#6. Mina Shirakawa vs. Leila Grey – Winner: Mina Shirakawa
Willow Nightingale returns. She wants to win the International Women’s Cup at Wrestle Dynasty, but unlike what happened with Orange Cassidy and Tomohiro Ishii, she has got to put her head down and make it happen.
#7. [Continental Classic Blue League] Kazuchika Okada vs. Daniel Garcia – Winner: Time Limit Draw
Daniel Garcia almost made Kazuchika Okada tap out to the Sharpshooter, but the 20-minute time limit saved him. Afterward, Okada extended his arm for a handshake. Garcia reluctantly went to shake his hand, but Okada psyched him out and stuck a middle finger salute in his face.
