We open the show with Roman Reigns. Reigns says it’s still Thanksgiving if you have leftovers in the fridge, and he says it means family, good health and happiness. He says this time last year, he only had one of those things, but surrounded by new family this year, he thanks everyone.

Roman states his thanks, especially for SmackDown defeating RAW and NXT in the Men’s Survivor Series match. He thanks his team members Ali, Shorty G and Braun Strowman. Roman also states Corbin was the dummy on the team, and he’s not thanking him, and rather he should be thanking him. Roman proposes the dummy come out and Corbin’s music hits.

Corbin states SmackDown wouldn’t have won without him and that Roman’s ego couldn’t accept that Corbin would have been the sole survivor. Roman states he couldn’t get the job done because he was responsible for his elimination. He offers the chance to redeem himself tonight to get the job done.

Corbin states Roman to be an egomaniac and pretends to be a role model. He states Corbin to be a peasant who eats turkey that his wife probably burnt. He has an opponent in mind to punish Reigns, and Robert Roode’s music hits.

Roman Reigns vs. Robert Roode

Corbin offers Roode his scepter, but he’s able to take Corbin out and then dodges an attack by Roode for the spear and the victory.

Winner: Roman Reigns

After the match Dolph Ziggler attacks Roman from behind and preps for the superkick, but Roman reverses that into a Samoan Drop. He then sends a charging Corbin into the ring post before Roode attacks Roman from behind with the scepter.

Roode then gets a chair and places Roman’s head on it. He attempts to strike him with the scepter again, but Roman escapes and knocks Roode out with a Superman Punch. Roman spears Roode through the barricade. He then takes out Ziggler with the steel steps, sending him into the crowd. Roman flips over the announcer’s table on a fallen Roode.

We have a recap of the Universal Championship match at Survivor Series.

Bray says that sharing is caring and that he’s thankful for the Universal Championship. He also said that “he” should have a title belt too. Bray offers his friends to see him play with Daniel Bryan again. Wyatt says he can make his wish come true, and all he has to do is let him in.

Backstage, we see Sheamus return and says the state of SmackDown is pathetic and that he’s hungry. SmackDown has become soft, and he pledges to ravage everyone and everything in his way. SmackDown will be his.

Mustafa Ali vs. Drew Gulak

Ali is able to pick up the victory with a 450 splash.

Winner: Mustafa Ali

Heavy Machinery plugs the WWE Shop.

Bayley and Sasha Banks arrive to the ring. Banks says they didn’t come out for a rah-rah speech, but they need to get things off their chest. Sasha didn’t choose her team, because if she did, they would have won Survivor Series. Bayley tells Sasha not to sugarcoat things and that the SmackDown women disgraced themselves on Sunday.

Bayley says SmackDown did not lose because NXT is better, and she didn’t lose because Baszler is better than her. SmackDown lost because according to Bayley, the entire locker room let them down. She says being a good leader means saying things that may hurt, and Sasha says the weak link was the entire team. Nikki Cross got on the team by a fluke, Dana Brooke couldn’t flex her way out of a paper bag, Carmella is broke and Lacey Evans drinks too much tea and doesn’t practice her wrestling enough.

This brings Lacey Evans out. Lacey says she spent the entire night preparing a Thanksgiving dinner for 36 people and she has no time for two women who don’t have enough class to sit at a kiddie table. She also says hiding behind excuses isn’t what leaders does, and she proposes a woman with style, class, confidence and sophistication be the new locker room leader.

She also suggests a woman who doesn’t tap out under pressure. Sasha gets in her face, and Evans knocks her out with a Woman’s Right.

Daniel Bryan is interviewed backstage about the opportunity to face Wyatt again for the Universal Championship. Before he can answer, Firefly Fun House plays again and we see a Thanksgiving feast with the pig eating everything.

Wyatt letshim in on a little secret. Everything he knows about Thanksgiving is a lie, and states that the first Thanksgiving was between musclemen and reptiles. He states he can stuff his face as much as he wants because he can change, just like Daniel Bryan. Doing so will make him fat with a “ph”. Bray and the pig dance. Bryan stares in silence.

Sonya Deville (w/Mandy Rose) vs. Nikki Cross

Before the match, Mandy says Nikki looks like a cold plate of Thanksgiving leftovers. Nikki is able to defeat Sonya with a swift cradle.

Winner: Nikki Cross

After the match, Mandy and Sonya jump her before Alexa Bliss returns to save her.

Bryan is backstage and The Miz arrives. He says he’s not his friend or his mentor, but he is concerned. He warns Bryan of what people become after they face The Fiend, and references how Finn Balor and Seth Rollins have changed. The Miz asks Bryan if another shot at the Universal Championship is worth it and if he realizes how important he is to the SmackDown locker room and to his family. Bryan stares him down and Miz walks away.

Drake Maverick is backstage with Dana Brooke, and says his favorite Christmas tradition is the mistletoe, and goes in for a kiss, but Brooke declines. He asks if he’s married, and Drake says it’s complicated. Elias appears from out of nowhere and says that he’s been on a journey and that he’s changed. He wrote a song.

The New Day come out and say that they had to get all of the fixings at Thanksgiving, but today is Black Friday, a day full of squeals and feels, steals and deals. It is also a day where fantasies can come true. That is why Kofi and Big E have decided to open their doors for business and defend their tag team championships.Out comes Shinsuke Nakamura and Cesaro accompanied with Sami Zayn.

Sami says what makes him sick is hearing The New Day romanticizing Thanksgiving, which is a gluttonous holiday which worships imperialistic evil and praise Black Friday deals. Black Friday is a sham of a holiday that exposes the evil of capitalism, where people are so selfish, they will step over their own mothers just to save some money. Shame on us. Namakura and Cesaro will right their wrongs.

The New Day (C) vs. Shinsuke Nakamura and Cesaro – SmackDown Tag Team Championships

Sami Zayn eventually gets himself ejected from the match, and back in the ring, Kingston is able to hit Cesaro with a Trouble In Paradise for the win.

Winners: The New Day

Daniel Bryan comes out and says he came out nervous like he never was before because he knew the capacity The Fiend had to change people, and he himself felt changed in the match. He says he felt changed not because of Bray, but because of the people and their passion. He realized the person that he should have been this entire time.

Bryan has stated that the YES movement was dead before, but maybe the crowd brought it back to life. He asks the crowd if he should accept The Fiend’s offer for a rematch. The crowd loudly states YES, and Bryan chants with him. Firefly Fun House comes back on.

Bray says Bryan’s new energy is so exciting, but he says The Miz was right in that if he challenges him again, Bryan will change and remove the mask, just like he changed Bray. Wyatt says Bryan remembers and “he” certainly does. Wyatt also says that he promised his fireflies a new face and he’s a man of his word. The lights in the arena go out and the lights suddenly turns red.

The Fiend suddenly comes from under the arena and gets Bryan from behind. He tries to drag him underneath, but Bryan desperately fights. Eventually, Bryan gives in and The Fiend drags him under the ring. The Fiend has what appears to be locks of his hair in his hand before continuing the assault. He tosses out more of his hair throughout the ring as SmackDown goes off the air.
