Impact Wrestling Results (1/12/2021)
#1. Taya Valkyrie (w/ Rosemary) vs. Kimber Lee (w/ Deonna Purrazzo) — Winner: Kimber Lee with help from Purrazzo & Susan… and the lamest pin I have ever seen
– Kenny Omega is asking who took the last of his drink. It was probably Anderson. Don Callis says they need momentum going in to Hard To Kill, so they need to see the real “Machine Gun” tonight. Sure, he’s got this.
– Tony & Tony are back. They tell us that tomorrow night we get to see a real wrestling show called AEW Dynamite. Khan invites anyone to show from Impact to show up tomorrow night.
– Sami Callihan says there will be a Barbed Wire Massacre match at Hard To Kill with Eddie Edwards. Awesome! Thumbs up. Thumbs down.
#2. Chris Bey & Rohit Raju vs. Suicide & Manik — Winners: Chris Bey & Rohit Raju
Later on, Rosemary doesn’t need Taya Valkyrie’s help in her match. She wants her to get prepared for her title match on Saturday.
*They were ejected from the match for trying to get involved.
#3. Tommy Dreamer (w/ Rhino* & Cousin Jake) vs. Cody Deaner (w/ Eric Young & Joe Doering*) — Winner: No Contest after Cousin Jake retaliated to Cody
Chaos ensures post-match. After getting the upper hand, Eric Young adds an exclamation point by hitting the piledriver on Tommy Dreamer.
– Scott D’Amore is with the tag team finalists at the contract table with the new tag team championship belts. Tasha Steelz & Kiera Hogan run their mouths til Havok & Neveah grab them by the throats and tell them they talk too much. They stake their claim to become champions at Hard To Kill.
– Brian Myers talks crap to Scott D’Amore. Josh Alexander chimes in by saying he never beat him clean because it was by DQ. D’Amore tells them to go have a No DQ match and sort it out themselves.
#4. Tenille Dashwood vs. Rosemary — Winner: Rosemary with the Spear after an assist from Crazzy Steve and Dashwood’s hairspray
– Rich Swann tells us Kenny Omega, Doc Gallows and the Motor City Machine Guns are banned from the main event tonight. After the match, Anderson will have to go back to the tour bus, look them dead in their eye, and tell them they gonna get their asses kicked.
#5. Moose vs. Matthew Palmer — Winner: Moose by referee stoppage
#6. Rich Swann vs. Karl Anderson — Winner: Rich Swann
Omega & Gallows invade the Motor City Machine Guns room. Swann & Anderson quickly find their way back there. The two teams fight to end the go-home show for Hard To Kill.
