WWE NXT Results for March 21, 2023

Tonight’s episode of WWE NXT is presented from the WWE Capitol Wrestling Center in Orlando, Florida.

  • Pretty Deadly kicked off the show with a promo about how they’re wiping last week’s loss off the record as hosts of Stand & Deliver. Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams then came out and this led to setting up a tag team match for later with Hayes and Bron Breakker against Pretty Deadly.
  • Qualifying Match: Tiffany Stratton defeated Indi Hartwell by pinfall.
  • The Creed Brothers went up against Gallus in pool and darts, coming out even. Julius and Brutus challenged them for a tag team title match at Stand & Deliver to settle the score. Tony D’Angelo and Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo then appeared and said they also want to discuss the tag title situation.
  • A vignette aired to hype Lyra Valkyria.
  • Gigi Dolin was interviewed by McKenzie Mitchell about the upcoming ladder match. Tiffany Stratton interrupted to say she’s going to win it.
  • Dragon Lee has the first spot in the North American Championship match after a promo with Wes Lee. JD McDonagh then interrupted to say Lee only has the belt right now because McDonagh hadn’t had his eyes on it yet. Ilja Dragunov then came out to offset McDonagh.
  • Backstage, Indi Hartwell flipped out in anger about losing her qualifying match.
  • Fallon Henley and Kiana James argued backstage over the Sebastian controversy, which James said she knows nothing about.
  • Ilja Dragunov vs JD McDonagh ended in a no-contest after they spilled over into Dragon Lee, and Wes Lee also flipped onto everyone.
  • Backstage, Breakker warned Hayes and Williams that they’d better not be up to anything tonight.
  • In an interview, Wes Lee said Dragunov and McDonagh have two more spots. Axiom came over to try to get the final spot, but Lee said the fair thing to do would be to have a battle royal next week to determine that winner.
  • Javier Bernal came out to Johnny Gargano’s music and complained that he should be at Stand & Deliver. Gargano then took him out and said he wants Grayson Waller in an unsanctioned match. Waller appeared on the TitanTron and agreed to sign the paper next week, but only if Gargano is banned from the building.
  • Eddy Thorpe will appear next week, according to a hype vignette.
  • McKenzie Mitchell interviewed Ivy Nile about Tatum Paxley’s betrayal.
  • Hank Walker was spotlighted in a video package about his journey. After that, Charlie Dempsey and Drew Gulak were watching it backstage and made fun of how Walker still lacks the killer instinct to succeed
  • Qualifying Match: Lyra Valkyria defeated Ivy Nile by pinfall
  • Fallon Henley was attacked backstage by Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn until Kiana James helped fight them off.
  • The Great Debate between Chase University and Schism led to a challenge for a match at Stand & Deliver. To entice Schism to agree, Duke Hudson wagered control over Chase U to the winner.
  • Following up on The Creed Brothers and Stacks/D’Angelo, Gallus agreed to a Triple Threat match at Stand & Deliver.
  • Bron Breakker and Carmelo Hayes defeated Pretty Deadly by pinfall.
