King says his 15 minutes of fame are over.
- Roxanne Perez cut a promo in the ring about how she’s the only person to ever truly appreciate the NXT Women’s Championship. She finds it disrespectful she has to find out who her opponent is for NXT Battleground like this. As the face of the best women’s division in wrestling, she deserves to be treated better. Out comes Ava to announce Perez’s opponent will be Jordynne Grace!!! The TNA Knockouts champion introduces herself to those who might not know her and she’s fully prepared to leave Las Vegas a double champion.
- Eddy Thorpe talks about fire in a vignette and how he’s been asking for guidance. The vision is strong, his body is healed, and he’s now been reborn.

- Shawn Spears was watching this and considers Briggs another lost soul in need of guidance. He plans to help the youth of NXT.

- Wes Lee plans to spoil Gallus’ plan to win the North American title. Oba Femi interrupts the interview to say it doesn’t matter how many opponents he has, as he’s going to retain. Lee’s confidence isn’t shaking, though.
