  • Tony D’Angelo’s Championship Celebration: D’Angelo said he wants to celebrate, but he knows that things aren’t over with Oba Femi, and invites him out. Femi comes out to say that he will regain his title at NXT Halloween Havoc and Tony D’s “little family” won’t be by his side to help him. Femi spins the wheel and it lands in a Tables, Ladders and Scares match.
  • Backstage, Byron Saxton interviews Oro Mensah about the gentleman’s duel match, which has the following rules: All violations will result in a DQ, can’t strike opponent when they have 4 points of contact on the ground, can’t throw opponent over the top rope and to the floor, competitors have until the referee’s 3-count to break when in the ropes, and there is absolutely no fighting on the floor. Lexis King interrupts to say may the best man win. Oro Mensah isn’t buying this act for one second.
  • Stephanie Vaquer defeated Wren Sinclair by pinfall. After the match, Roxanne Perez and Cora Jade attacked Vaquer. Giulia came out to make the save. Vaquer and Giulia then challenged Jade and Perez to a tag team match at Halloween Havoc.
  • Backstage, Trick Williams and Kelani Jordan hyped each other up and reminded the audience about their upcoming title defenses. Watching in the background was Fatal Influence.
  • Backstage, Ashante “Thee” Adonis apologizes to Brinley Reece and Karmen Petrovic for costing them their tag team match before and hands Reece a rose. She isn’t particularly receptive. Shawn Spears and Brooks Jensen interrupt and Jensen destroys the rose. The girls leave and before anyone can come to blows, Mr. Stone steps in and stops them from fighting. Petrovic then comes back and gathers the petals of the rose.
  • Gentleman’s Duel: Lexis King defeated Oro Mensah by pinfall. King offers a handshake to Mensah after the match, which Mensah accepts.
  • Backstage, Axiom and Nathan Frazer praised Je’Von Evans (who was standing with Cedric Alexander) for his match last week against Randy Orton. Wes Lee interrupted to say Evans isn’t ready for the NXT Championship title scene. Evans tells Lee to calm down with all the saltiness. They get in each other’s faces and keep talking trash until the other guys try to get them to settle down.
  • Nikkita Lyons defeated Lola Vice by pinfall in part due to some interference from Jaida Parker attacking Vice.
  • Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer were in Ava’s office. Ava congratulated Vaquer on her match and said she loves the idea of the tag team match at Halloween Havoc. Fatal Influence interrupted to complain that they want an NXT Women’s North American Championship match. Ava books “two of them” against Vaquer and Giulia for next week with that in mind. Fatal Influence doesn’t like the idea, but agrees.
  • Ridge Holland defeated Riley Osborne by pinfall. After the match, Holland continued to beat down Osborne. Andre Chase returned to make the save and send Holland packing as officials took him to the back and separated everyone.
  • Byron Saxton asked Tatum Paxley about how she had attacked Wendy Choo. They were quickly interrupted by OTM, as Jaida Parker tried to take over the interview time for herself. Paxley confronted her about interrupted her play time and Parker said “I don’t play at all.”
  • Brooks Jensen defeated Ashante “Thee” Adonis by pinfall. During the match, Karmen Petrovic came out and put the rose petals from earlier on the ring apron.
  • Lexis King was happy about his win from earlier and boasting about it. Luca Crusifino then suggested that he should fight Oba Femi next week.
  • NXT Championship #1 Contenders Match: Ethan Page defeated Wes Lee and Je’Von Evans by pinfall, stealing the potential win from Evans. Page then called out Trick Williams to spin the wheel, which landed on a Devil’s Playground match. Page then nailed Williams in the head with something metallic (a piece of lighting equipment, maybe?) and posed with the NXT Championship over Trick to end the show.
