- Casket Match: Tatum Paxley defeated Wendy Choo
- Promo: Trick Williams invited Bubba Ray Dudley out to thank him for having his back at Halloween Havoc. Dudley says it wasn’t about him, but more about doing the right thing after Ridge Holland had disrespected him, Busted Open, etc, and no one was there to come out to give him aid. He explains the reason why is because Trick is the NXT champion, which makes him a target since the locker room aspires to be in his position. He should grow eyes on the back of his head. Williams wants revenge and wants a tag team match with Dudley against Holland and Ethan Page in the ECW Arena next Wednesday. Dudley gets fired up, but he says he can’t take the spot of the others on the roster, so he has to say no.
- Ava was watching backstage with Rob Van Dam. He wants to be at next week’s show. Kelani Jordan approaches Ava, wanting a one-on-one rematch. Nikkita Lyons interrupts to say she should be Fallon Henley’s challenger instead.
- Shawn Spears (no longer wearing a sling) and Brooks Jensen approach Tony D’Angelo backstage, as Spears is looking to be the next challenger for the North American Championship. They’re immediately interrupted, though, by Luca Crusifino and Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo handing Tony D a phone with a message he has to hear. Someone (people are saying Nunzio) found out from “Sylvio” and was upset to not have been told ahead of time that he’s coming to Philly next Wednesday. He seems poised to take the North American title, but Tony D plans to deal with him next week.
- NXT Heritage Cup Match: Charlie Dempsey (c) defeated Lexis King with a 2-0 decision after King refused to use the brass knuckles William Regal offered him.
- Zaria defeated Brinley Reece by pinfall. After the match, Fatal Influence came out through the crowd and were about to pick a fight with Zaria for revenge for Halloween Havoc. Roxanne Perez and Cora also interrupt. Kelani Jordan runs to the ring to back up Zaria. They’re then joined by Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer, and then, Jordynne Grace, who take out the mean girls. A 10-woman tag team match was later announced for next week.
- Kelani Jordan defeated Nikkita Lyons by pinfall. After the match, Adriana Rizzo attacked Lyons to get revenge for being jumped seemingly by her last week.
- Promo: Ethan Page said he is not done with the NXT Championship and was immediately interrupted by Ridge Holland, who plans to be the one to take the title off Trick Williams. Bubba Ray Dudley came out to read Holland the riot act. After Holland threatened to put him in the hospital, Dudley struck him, was double-teamed by Holland and Page, and Trick Williams came out to save him. Dudley then change his mind about the tag team match, now accepting it.
- Backstage, the five babyface women for next week’s 10-woman tag match were hyping themselves up in the locker room when Rhea Ripley came over to tell them all to blow the bloody roof off the ECW Arena next week.
- After the commercial break and some advertisements, Ava, Robert Stone, and Stevie Turner were made aware of an attack in the parking lot, with Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez having gone after Rhea Ripley.
- NXT Tag Team Championship Match: Axiom & Nathan Frazer (c) defeated Cedric Alexander & Je’Von Evans by pinfall in part due to some interference from Wes Lee. Backstage, Lee and Evans were fighting as a result of this. RVD stood between the two to say they just gave him a great idea of what he wants to do next week and he’ll see them in Philly before walking off, allowing them to start fighting again to end the show.
