On the pre-show, we got the following matches:
*The IInspiration distracted Kaleb with a K by ringing his camera phone as he was using it, which provided Havok the opportunity to hit a Tombstone Piledriver.
– Ace Austin & Madman Fulton get in Jake Something’s face. Trey Miguel tells him he’s just sour because he lost tonight. Let’s sort it out on Thursday with a tag team match.
– Ace Austin tells Mike Bailey that he heard Jake Something & Trey Miguel talking crap about him when the camera were off. They clearly didn’t, but Austin is stirring the pot.
*Matt Cardona went at Grace with a steel chair, so she kicked him in the groin. After the match, she attacked Cardona with the chair.
– Backstage, a mystery attacker has taken out Eddie Edwards. Chris Sabin finds him and screams for medical assistance. It looks like Team Impact is down another member.
– Much to everyone’s surprise, Jay White & Chris Bey helped The Good Brothers to retain against the Guerrillas Of Destiny. They did the “Too Sweet” gesture together over their bodies, symbolizing that Jay White has kicked them out of the group, and The Good Brothers are back in.
– Eddie Edwards isn’t medically cleared, but it’s alright, Rich Swann got his friend Willie Mack in the team as a replacement. Brian Myers joins the commentary team for the World Championship match.
Eddie Edwards betrayed Impact Wrestling by siding with Honor No More, assisting them to get the win over Team Impact. He was the heart & soul of Impact, but was originally a Ring of Honor guy. It looks like he has gone back to his roots, and Honor No More is here to stay.
