WWE RAW
We open the show with Randy Orton. Orton talks about his career, and talks about his longevity, consistency and his resume. He says stars like Austin and Rock cannot hold a candle to him, and he can do what the hell he wants when he wants to do it. But he says something is missing. But it hit him this morning, and he knows what he needs. He desires to become WWE Champion once again.
He says that comparing the resumes between himself and Drew would be a short conversation, and while he was once considered the Chosen One, the only thing he chose was to get himself fired. But he respects him for fighting his way back to the top, beating Brock Lesnar and becoming champion. But Orton says that Drew has a problem. He has something he wants. Orton officially challenges Drew for the title at Summerslam, and when he RKO’s him, he won’t see it coming.
Out comes Nia Jax. She says like Randy, she woke up today wanting to be RAW Women’s Champion, but Charlotte got in the way. But she hasn’t been seen since. Nia continues to complain before Shayna Baszler comes out. Shayna says no one gives a damn what Nia punches her and the two brawl.
Out comes the Street Profits. They express their excitement to see who they will face at Summerslam for the tag titles before they introduce their friends, the Viking Raiders.
Garza and Andrade win when Garza hits the Wing Clipper on Cedric Alexander.

The match quickly ends in a no contest when the two won’t stop brawling. Jax shoves an official into Baszler and puts his shirt over his head before kicking him out.
Murphy asks Rollins backstage if he thinks Dominick will show up, and Seth says he will because people like him can’t get out of his own way. And the greater good will ultimately be achieved.
Mark Henry speaks to Bianca Belair and Ruby Riott backstage.
Rollins comes to the ring and he says there’s a recurring theme where the greater good takes two steps forward and one step back with someone always getting in his way. And someone always gets hurt every step of the way. Kevin Owens stood in his way and broke his ankle, Mysterio’s eye was extracted and Aliester Black was dealt with last week. Seth doesn’t want things to be that way, because that’s not who he is. Seth doesn’t want violence and wants to do things the right way. He asks Dominick to come to the ring and confront him man to man so things can be talked out.
Dominick comes out and stays on the ramp. Seth invites him in the ring. Dominick comes in the ring. Seth understands it’s difficult for Dominick and wants him to get things off his chest, but if he can’t articulate his feelings, Seth tells Dominick he’s here for him, and if he can help him in any way, he’s here. Seth offers a hug to Dominick. Dominick takes Seth down instead and attacks him before Murphy and Seth jump him. They shove him into the announcer’s table and the barricade. Aliester Black comes to his aide, but he gets jumped as well. Eventually, Seth Curb Stomps him on the floor. Seth tells Murphy he knows what he has to do and asks him if he’s in this for real. He then slaps Murphy.
MUrphy grabs Aliester and attempts to shove his eye into the steel steps. Murphy shoves Black’s eye into the steps before officials check on him. Dominick returns with a kendo stick and strikes at Seth and Murphy before the two escape.
R-Truth and Ali are backstage. Truth asks Ali if he was going after the 24/7 title, and he says he’s focused on his match with Bobby Lashley. Truth says he has his eye on him before calling him Mufasa.
We get the VIP Lounge, and MVP says Extreme Rules didn’t go the way it was supposed to. But MVP mentions Mustafa Ali, and he says he wants to help him see the light, instead of chasing the light. Ali comes out. MVP tells Ali that it is important to make wise decisions, or he’ll be left an unhappy customer of The Hurt Business. Ali says there’s many things he’s happy about, such as returning, being on RAW and having a chance to become a champion…a real champion. MVP says it can happen, but it comes down to making the right decisions. Ali says he won’t be brainwashed and that his tricks won’t work.
MVP warns Ali that Apollo Crews tried doing things his way and he’s watching them on the couch. Ali says he can be on the couch next to Crews or he can be chum in the water for predators. Mustafa declines before Truth runs out and tries to pin Benjamin. Truth runs away.
Lashley wins with the Full Nelson.

Dolph Ziggler says he still doesn’t know what the stipulation will be, but it won’t matter because he’ll defeat McIntyre.
Sasha and Bayley are out and Sasha says no one likes a bully, and Stephanie McMahon is the biggest bully of all, forcing her to defend her title. She says she’s jealous that they hold all the championships and they run everything.
Towards the end of the match, Bayley is assaulting Kairi Sane backstage. Asuka leaves the match and runs to the back to come to her aide and the referee counts her out. Sasha wins the title by count out.

Asuka leaves the trainer’s room and she screams in Japanese.
Murphy wins with Murphy’s Law.
Winner: Murphy
Drew McIntyre comes out but before he addresses Ziggler, he addresses Randy Orton. Drew acknowledges Randy as the biggest threat to his title. And he hopes that Orton thinks Drew’s the McIntyre and that he underestimates him. He may not see the RKO coming, but he’ll see the Claymore coming.
McIntyre announces that it’ll be an Extreme Rules match, but now Drew can use the rules too. McIntyre wins by putting Dolph through a table with a Claymore.
