WWE RAW (11/11/2024)
Gunther opens the show. All that matters is he is still the World Heavyweight Champion, and he is looking forward to his next challenger. There’s a lot of things he can say about Damian Priest… and with his name said, he appears. Priest wanted to hear what he had to say face-to-face. He cuts off Gunther before he can repeat some insults from their previous feud. After he won at SummerSlam, Gunther lost his vibe. And he lost it even more after losing to Cody Rhodes. He is so full of doubt. Priest says Gunther knows he can’t beat him.
Had this been the Gunther he knows, he would have had a swing by now. But Priest knows he won’t take his shot, because if he did, he would drop him right here. Ludwig Kaiser interrupts this. He gives Priest some advice to get out of the ring, otherwise he will get beaten again. Gunther stops him from talking, but Kaiser isn’t done. Ludwig refuses to let Priest talk to him like that. Priest hits out at Kaiser with a surprise strike, and a cagey Gunther gets out of the ring before the situation worsens.
Backstage, Damage CTRL tells us that before Iyo Sky deals with Liv Morgan, they have some business with Pure Fusion Collective. Dakota Kai returns! She is so happy to be back, but isn’t happy with PFC for costing her three months of her career. It is time to get payback.
Kofi Kingston thanks R-Truth for helping them out, but he feels he needs to explain that Xavier Woods didn’t want them to help him back. Woods overhears and asks what they are talking about. Pete Dunne gets in the middle of this, because he is still offended that R-Truth keeps calling him Butch. Kingston gets involved, and of course that leads to a match, much to the frustration of Xavier.
#1. Damage CTRL’s Iyo Sky, Kairi Sane & Dakota Kai vs. PFC’s Shayna Baszler, Zoey Stark & Sonya Deville – Winners: Damage CTRL
Sami Zayn and The Usos talk about War Games. They need a fifth member, but neither Jimmy or Jey have friends on RAW or SmackDown. Sami says he might have someone. He will text them later.
#2. Kofi Kingston vs. Pete Dunne – Winner: Pete Dunne
Just like they were during the match, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods keep on arguing.
An annoyed Finn Balor gets at Dominik Mysterio for allowing Damian Priest to become #1 contender, so some insults are exchanged, and the rest of the Judgment Day have to step in to cool things off. Balor tells Dominik and Carlito to do him and JD McDonagh a favor by getting a match to soften up the War Raiders. Dominik has no problem making that official with Adam Pearce.
Bronson Reed puts over Seth Rollins. He proved he is one hell of a competitor when he beat him at Crown Jewel. But he is not a competitor, because he is a monster. He will keep on taking out anyone who gets in his way of putting him down for good. If he wants his revenge, come and get it. Seth Rollins answers the call. He runs to the ring and they continue their fight. Officials try to stop them again, but they end up getting squashed by a suicide dive from Reed.
Seth Rollins demands a match with Bronson Reed, and Adam Pearce accepts as he wants this done and finished for next week. After Pearce leaves, Sami Zayn wants a word with Rollins. He has looked up and down this roster, and he believes Seth is the only one who could join them for War Games. Rollins thinks he is out of his damn mind. After all the effort he put in to get Roman Reigns out of power, Zayn wants to help him back up again? He should know better than that. No matter the history between him and Roman, it is a firm no from Seth.
#3. Damian Priest vs. Ludwig Kaiser – Winner: Damian Priest
They show a draw on WWE Speed in a match between Sheamus and Bron Breakker, followed by them fighting. Bron Breakker blames Sheamus for costing him a second championship. Sheamus interrupts and tells him how much he admires his arrogance, as it reminds him of when he became one of the fastest WWE Champions after his debut. He would love to know if Breakker has the tires to put that IC title, the one championship that has eluded him his entire career, on the line next week. Breakker is more than willing to beat up his old ass. After Sheamus walks away happy, Jimmy Uso appears to ask Breakker if he has a moment to talk.
Elsewhere, Karrion Kross asks The Miz what happened with the Wyatt Sicks. The Miz says he is done, and is going to ask Adam Pearce for a leave of absence. He apologized and has changed his ways, so the Wyatts let him go. Miz tells Kross to move on, but he won’t as he is still enraged with what they did to Paul Ellering.
Final Testament needs to show The Miz what happens, so AOP manhandles and drags him out to the ring. Kross tells The Miz that his story isn’t adding up. Where are the Wyatts?! The lights go out and the ominous music plays briefly. The Wyatt Sicks simply appear on the ring apron.
The Miz sneaks behind The Wyatt Sicks with a steel chair and strikes Erick Rowan in the back! Uncle Howdy laughs before this breaks down in to a fight between factions. And much to everyone’s surprise, the Final Testament leaves them laying for the first time! And just as they are about to leave, Uncle Howdy recovers just enough to laugh at Kross.
Just as Seth Rollins is about to leave, Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu are waiting for him in the parking lot. Sikoa asks Rollins if he wants to team up to beat Roman Reigns. Seth Rollins will tell him something he didn’t tell Sami Zayn earlier. He will never team with Reigns again, and if he ever faces him again, it will be to stomp his head in to the mat. And while he has no problem with Solo Sikoa, he refuses to team up with a wannabe Roman Reigns. Sikoa holds Fatu back, as Rollins leaves the venue.
#4. [Women’s Tag Team Championship] Bianca Belair & Jade Cargill (c) vs. Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez – Winners: Belair & Cargill retains
Nia Jax blindsides the tag team champions! What happens next is a flurry of women joining a fight, including Iyo Sky, Tiffany Stratton, and Naomi, along with Rodriguez trying to get something back after their loss. In the end, the babyfaces stand tall in the ring, as the dejected heels look on at ringside.
