We bring you coverage for the episode of WWE SmackDown airing on November 29, 2024. Missed RAW? You can find the results here.
We hear from Team Ripley ahead of War Games. Ripley says it is obvious that not everyone on this team is the best of friends. None of it matters, because tomorrow night they go to War Games and have someone they want to get their hands on. No one will stop them from brutalising those women. Naomi promises the glow will be dealt. Bianca Belair says she doesn’t know who took Cargill out, but all five of them will get it. Ripley tells Morgan she will wish she never met her.
The heel team shows up to remind them how much they hate each other. They will implode before they get to War Games. Liv Morgan finds it interesting that Bayley is on the team now that Cargill is injured. Ripley tells her there will be nowhere to run when she faces her. They trade some insults, which almost draws Morgan in, but they aren’t falling for it. Team Ripley isn’t waiting for War Games… so they go after them and a fight breaks out.
#1. Andrade vs. Shinsuke Nakamura – Winner: Shinsuke Nakamura
LA Knight shows up to get in to a fight, but Shinsuke Nakamura spits black mist in his eyes!
Nick Aldis informs The Bloodline that during the War Games advantage match tonight between Jey Uso and Jacob Fatu, everyone is banned from ringside.
A frustrated Tommaso Ciampa tells Johnny Gargano that if he doesn’t sort himself out, they will be doing things his way going forward.
Kevin Owens says there are still people out there who are on Cody Rhodes’ side. He is here to tell us why Cody is wrong. Back in 2021, The Bloodline assaulted him, but he got up. Later, Roman Reigns ran him down in a golf cart, but he got up. Later, he got brutally beaten down while tied up by the whole Bloodline at the Royal Rumble, but Cody Rhodes did nothing to save him. He is going to show why Cody Rhodes deserves everything he is going to receive on Saturday Night’s Main Event.
#2. Cody Rhodes vs. Carmelo Hayes – Winner: Cody Rhodes
Roman Reigns and CM Punk are scheduled for a sitdown talk, but Punk is late. Just as Roman is about to leave, Punk shows up. He tells Reigns he showed up for Paul Heyman. Roman states that he doesn’t need his help, but like he said, Punk is here to help Paul. Reigns doesn’t like his tone, attitude, or him, and he certainly doesn’t want to team with him. Heyman tells Reigns if they don’t accept his help, it is over. And the same for Punk. If Sikoa puts down Reigns, they will come after him next. Divided, they all fall to Solo, but together, they survive.
Punk doesn’t care if Reigns doesn’t like his attitude. He wants revenge for what Solo and his friends did to Heyman. If they want to continue this conversation after War Games, he is all ears. One time, one favor. And no, not Reigns. Heyman will owe Punk a favor. Reigns asks Heyman what the favor is, but he deflects. They should get through War Games before they talk about it.
