CM Punk opens the show. He is happy to be in Chicago on a Friday night. After talking about what happened with Drew McIntyre, Paul Heyman interrupts him. They show each other respect and share a hug, before Heyman warns him to leave while he still can. He is worried about The Bloodline wanting to take him out, but CM Punk isn’t scared of them. The Bloodline enter and warn him to leave, but Punk insults them, so they make their way in to the ring. Cody Rhodes joins Punk’s side, and that’s enough to make The Bloodline think twice.
While Grayson Waller is talking with DIY, something crashes in to the shutter behind them. When the shutter is lifted, we can see Drew McIntyre standing over a bloodied CM Punk. He picks up Punk and carries him to the titantron entrance, where he drops him hard on the floor. Officials rush out to help Punk while Aldis tells off McIntyre.
LA Knight comes to the ring and is given a microphone. He’s not happy about Logan Paul dodging him. He won’t be able to do that in Madison Square Garden when they are in a Money In The Bank qualifier with Santos Escobar. Speaking of Escobar, he interrupts Knight’s promo to call him delusional. It’s embarrassing. LA Knight admits he is looking past him, so Escobar attacks him. Knight counters it with his finisher. He yells at the camera at Logan Paul, but while he does so, Logan Paul blindsides him and delivers a knockout punch.
Before the next match, Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa spring a surprise attack on Kevin Owens during his entrance. Randy Orton makes the save with a steel chair, but the damage is done. Owens still makes it to the ring for his qualifier match.
Before the main event, Solo Sikoa breaks the news to Paul Heyman that Roman Reigns is never coming back.
The Bloodline did not allow the match to start. Randy Orton and Kevin Owens rush out to help Cody. Jacob Fatu arrives! He takes out Kevin Owens, Randy Orton, and then places Cody Rhodes on the announce table. Fatu flies through the air from the turnbuckle and crashes through Rhodes! The Bloodline is up to four members, and is looking more dangerous than ever.
