- Cody Rhodes was the special guest for Grayson Waller Effect. Austin Theory and Grayson Waller tried to get under The American Nightmare’s skin about how he can’t trust Kevin Owens, showing him footage of all the times KO has turned on his friends in the past. Owens came out, called attention to how these segments go, got Nick Aldis to book a tag match for later and went on the attack, inadvertently being pushed into Cody in the process.
- United States Championship Match: LA Knight (c) defeated Santos Escobar by pinfall
- Andrade interrupted Carmelo Hayes, who was talking smack about him in his barber shop. They’re going to face off again next week.
- Backstage, Santos Escobar is upset with Los Garza and Elektra Lopez over losing his US title match. Apollo Crews and Baron Corbin come over to gloat, prompting Escobar to say they’re going to settle their issues next week.
- Six-Woman Tag Team Match: Bianca Belair, Jade Cargill & Naomi defeated The Unholy Union (Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn) and Blair Davenport by pinfall
- Prior to the scheduled title match, Solo Sikoa forced Jacob Fatu to hand his belt over to Tonga Loa, who is now recognized as the other half of the tag team champions alongside Tama Tonga.
- WWE Tag Team Championship Match: The Bloodline’s Tama Tonga & Tonga Loa (c) defeated The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford) by pinfall with some help from ringside interference by Jacob Fatu and Solo Sikoa. #DIY came out after the match to go after The Bloodline, only to be laid out.
- Backstage, Kevin Owens reiterated to Cody Rhodes that he’s “not that guy” anymore from the video earlier in the night. Rhodes replied that all he can do is take him for his word and be ready for whatever happens next.
- Also backstage, after the commercial break, Byron Saxton was monitoring The Street Profits, Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa outside the trainer’s room. B-Fab came out to say they’re fine, but they’re pissed, as Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell rushed to check up on #DIY.
- In another backstage moment, Pretty Deadly and Tiffany Stratton tried to repair Nia Jax’s Queen of the Ring crown. Jax plans to give Michin the beating of her life next week for revenge. Piper Niven and Chelsea Green were right there to badmouth Stratton’s super pink celebration and toss out the idea that it would be a shame if Tiffany cashed in her Money in the Bank briefcase on Jax. The WWE women’s champion then scared Green and Niven off.
- Tag Team Match: Cody Rhodes & Kevin Owens defeated A-Town Down Under by pinfall.
