Match Number One: Hanson and Raymond Rowe versus Two Unlucky Guys in a Non Title Match

Rowe with a forearm and then he biels his partner into the ring. Rowe with a hip toss and running knees. Hanson tags in and Hanson with a spin kick. Rowe runs Hanson into one of his opponents and then hits the pop up power slam on the other for the three count.

Winners: Hanson and Raymond Rowe.

After the match, Rowe says they were given a chance to give a message to their opponents at Takeover. Hanson says you don’t have to listen, you can just watch. Rowe wants the next team.

Match Number Two: Adrian Jaoude and Cezar Bononi versus Hanson and Raymond Rowe in a Non Title Match

Bononi with a forearm to Hanson and he wants more. Hanson with a cartwheel and clothesline. Jaoude runs into a back body drop and Rowe tags in and hits a hip toss and knee. Hanson tags in an Rowe slams Bononi and Rowe slams Hanson onto Bononi. Hanson and puts Jaoude on top of Bononi for a power slam and power bomb. Hanson tags in and they hit Fallout on Bononi for the three count.

Winners: Hanson and Raymond Rowe

We are back with a look at footage of Candice LeRae earlier when she was asked about Johnny Gargano’s match against Adam Cole. She says she is excited for Johnny’s match but she dreams of gold as well. Aliyah and Vanessa Borne interrupt and Aliyah says that if you want gold, you will be a failure like your husband. Vanessa tells Candice to give it up because you were not created to be a champion.

Candice says that Vanessa and Aliyah know about failure. Candice says she will earn her shot at the title and she will do it first against Aliyah.

Match Number Three: Oney Lorcan (with Danny Burch) versus Jaxson Ryker (with Steve Cutler and Wesley Blake)

They lock up and Lorcan gets out of the corner on the break. They lock up and Ryker with a forearm and Lorcan with a chop and side head lock. Lorcan with a shoulder tackle and Ryder does not move. Ryker with a back elbow and then he drops Lorcan on the top rope. Lorcan falls to the floor and Burch makes sure that Cutler and Blake do not interfere. Ryker pulls Lorcan back to the apron and tries to suplex him into the ring but Lorcan blocks it. Ryker puts Lorcan on the turnbuckles and Ryder with forearms. Ryker climbs the turnbuckles and sets for a superplex but Lorcan blocks him and head butts Ryker to the mat. Ryker with a gutbuster from a fireman’s carry position for a near fall.

Ryker with forearms to Lorcan followed by a knee to the midsection. Ryker with a head butt to the midsection. Lorcan with a sunset flip but Ryker does not to over and he picks up Lorcan and applies a bear hug. Lorcan pulls on Ryker’s beard to get out of the hold and Lorcan with chops. Lorcan with a running European uppercut and he hits a second one. Lorcan with a running back elbow into the corner. Lorcan with a running hip strike and Ryker with a Polish Hammer followed by a sit out spinebuster for the three count.

Winner: Jaxson Ryker

We have a video package for the Adam Cole versus Johnny Gargano match on Friday night. It starts with Hunter’s announcement of Tommaso Ciampa’s injury and the announcement of the title match for Takeover. Adam Cole says there is only one man who should headline Takeover. There is only one man who deserves to rule the world and that is Adam Cole. Cole says he had to show everyone that he is deserving of the NXT Championship.

Johnny Gargano says that the difference between him and Adam Cole is that Adam is hungry and Johnny is starving. Johnny says he let a monster become NXT Championship once and he cannot let it happen again.

Adam laughs at the name Johnny Takeover and he mentions that Johnny has not won much on Takeover and does not deserve the name Johnny Takeover.

Johnny says if he had Adam’s road and path, he would be a different person and he did not want it.

Adam says he will prepare for this match the way he always prepares. He will prepare to win.

Johnny says he is going to go home to his roots to remember why he loves this. He says he is going back to Cleveland.

Adam says that Johnny is in for a war. He mentions strength in numbers. The title belongs to him. Adam says that is Undisputed.

Johnny says he will do whatever it takes to get his moment.

We see Kairi Sane and Bianca Belair getting ready for their match as we go to commercial.

We are back with a look at the participants in the North American Championship Match. Velveteen Dream says it was all but a dream when he won the title. Matt says he saw his opportunity when Dream won the title. Dream asks what did Matt do to deserve this. Matt says when Dream is in the ring, Dream will be in the biggest spotlight. Dream says Matt did not disappoint him and that is why Dream gave you the biggest highlight of your career, he said your name. Matt says the Bro is Dream’s nightmare. Dream is one of the best, but he is not the best. Dream says Matt is a poseur. At Takeover, Matt will not be looking at the lights, but at the spotlight that is the Velveteen Dream.

We take a look at the match between Keith Lee and Dominik Dijakovic last month that went to a double countout. We see what happened the next week at the Performance Center.

Keith Lee is asked when will he face Dijakovic again. Keith says he showed up to find a conclusion to the conflict that is Dijakovic. They were bumped from the event after something happened. Keith says he is an event. He is not a chosen one. They are not chosen so Keith took the initiative to be the first in line at Mr. Regal’s office. Keith says they will meet in two weeks. In two weeks, they will regret all of the choices they made. Dominik will bask in his glory.

Next week, the Street Profits will face Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel. We will also see Candice LeRae versus Aliyah next week.

Match Number Four: Kairi Sane versus Bianca Belair

They lock up and Belair with a full nelson. Sane escapes and applies a side head lock. Sane goes for a rollup but Belair does not go down. Belair with a shoulder tackle. Belair tells Sane to bring it and Sane chops Belair and Belair sends Sane to the apron. Sane with a shoulder and she leaps over Belair and mocks Belair. Sane with a spear and drop kick followed by a Sliding D against the ropes. Sane with an elbow off the apron.

Sane sends Belair into the ring and gets a near fall. Sane with the Anchor to Belair but Bianca escapes and hits a power slam for a near fall. Belair sends Sane into the turnbuckles and kicks Kairi. Belair with a forearm to the back and she gets a near fall. Belair with an abdominal stretch and forearms to the ribs. Belair adds an abdominal calw to the held and then Belair with a back breaker for a near fall.

Belair with a forearm to the back. Sane with a forearm but Belair with a forearm of her own. Belair with a suplex and a Jericho cover for a near fall. Sane with a drop toe hold and she goes for an octopus but Belair tries to fight Sane off. Belair backs Sane into the turnbuckles to escape the hold. Sane goes to the turnbuckles for a cross body but Belair catches Sane and hits a fallaway slam. Belair goes for a splash but Sane gets her knees up. Belair goes to the apron when Sane moves and Sane drop kicks Belair off the apron onto the ramp.

Belair goes for a suplex but Sane counters into a DDT. Sane with forearms and Sane blocks a kick and applies a Dragon Screw leg whip. Sane with an axe kick and flying neck snaps. Sane marches into the corner and sets for a Sliding D and hits it. Sane goes up top and hits a forearm for a near fall. Sane says it is over but Belair grabs Sane by the hair and Sane with a spinning back fist. Sane sets for the elbow drop and she goes up top. Belair with a forearm to stop Sane. Belair goes up top for a superplex and hits a hanging superplex and then Belair lands on the mat and hits a standing moonsault for a near fall. Belair gets another near fall.

Belair with another near fall. Sane goes for a triangle but Belair picks Sane up. Belair goes for the double chicken wing gourdbuster and hits it. Shayna Baszler attacks Belair and Sane and the referee calls for the bell.

No Contest

After the match, Jessamyn Duke and Marina Shafir join in the attack. Io Shirai makes her way to the ring to help Sane.

The rest of the NXT Women’s Locker Room make their wyay to the ring to stop Baszler, Duke, and Shafir. Belair press slams Lacey Lane onto everyone. Shirai kicks Belair to the floor and then hits a moonsault onto everyone on the floor.

Shirai looks at the title belt and grabs it. Shirai stands in the ring holding the title belt.
